From today, November 21, 2023, there are 40 days left in the year.
First, I want to mention how wild this past year has been. Second, let’s reflect on how this past year has gone, for me and for you.
What were your accomplishments?
What skills did you gain?
What were your hang ups?
What lessons did you learn?
What are things you can improve on?
What is something you wish you could have changed this past year?
What are you going to do to finish the year strong?
This past year, I finished 75 Hard, figured out my goal path, and learned a lot about myself. I have gained knowledge in discipline. My biggest hang up was my phone and social media. I can not have my phone near me if I want to accomplish tasks and stop procrastinating. My main thing I want to improve on is keeping my word. This past year, I wish I would have kept up with some of the components of 75 Hard. I am going to keep my word and stop letting myself and others down.
Now, think about some easy ways to make the rest of your year end on a high note. It can be something as simple as working out for 5 minutes a day. I plan on keeping up with my 3 tasks a day, and doing stretches everyday. It isn’t a whole lot, but I know if I can add the stretching in everyday, my body will feel so much better for the start of 2024.
I’m not saying go hog wild on doing all of these tasks and habits. Just choose 1 important one. If you are to keep up with it throughout the rest of the year, you can so easily add the next one on by the beginning of 2024. Take some time to reflect on this year, and see what you can do to make the end of the year strong.
Keep pushing
